Wrestlemania 34 Predictions

Wrestlemania 34 is upon us and it could be the biggest one ever, Ronda Rousey is debuting and Daniel Bryan is finally making his in-ring return. As well as that we have every single title on the line and both men and women will be competing in their respective battle royals. We have predicted everything for you, and put a golden snitch

Men’s Battle Royal

“The match that can make a career”, just ask Mojo Rawley and Baron Corbin what it’s like to win this match and get nothing close to the push it seemingly promises. It is good fun and we might see Jeff Hardy, Big Cass and Samoa Joe return but what is the point in this really?

Ellis’ Prediction: Big Cass

Cal’s Prediction: Elias

Liam’s Prediction: Dolph Ziggler

Connor’s Prediction: Matt Hardy

Women’s Battle Royal

The women’s revolution continues to make history as they finally get a Wrestlemania battle royal. The winner, much like the men’s match, is literally anyone’s guess, with it possibly being an NXT superstar or even a returning face, as well as the wonderful talent on the current active roster.

Ellis’ Prediction: Becky Lynch

Cal’s Prediction: Sasha Banks

Liam’s Predictions: Peyton Royce

Connor’s Predictions: Sasha Banks

Cedric Alexander vs Mustafa Ali (Cruiserweight Title)

The finale of the Cruiserweight Championship Tournament is finally coming to a close at Wrestlemania, with Cedric Alexander facing Mustafa Ali. They appear to be the two best on the 205 Live roster so it was only right they would face off for the belt, this will be an electric, fast paced brawl and I am very excited to see it.

Ellis’ Prediction: Cedric Alexander

Cal’s Prediction: Cedric Alexander

Liam’s Prediction: Cedric Alexander

Connor’s Prediction: Cedric Alexander

The Uso’s (C) vs The Bludgeon Brothers vs The New Day (Smackdown Tag Team Titles)

This has the possibility of being a show stealer given the sheer talent on display. All three teams have immense ability and the story they have told in the build up has been great, I really struggled to tell a winner here; but The Bludgeon Brothers and The Uso’s seem to be on a straight shootout.

Ellis’ Prediction: The Bludgeon Brothers

Cal’s Prediction: The Uso’s

Liam’s Prediction: The Uso’s

Connor’s Predictions: The Uso’s

The Bar (C) vs Braun Strowman & TBD (RAW Tag Team Titles)

Braun Strowman deserves his Mania moment after a colossal 2017, being one of the most over guys on the roster and an innovative big guy for everyone to get on board with. His partner is as yet undecided so the potential of a surprise return is enormous, plus it is about time The Bar dropped the titles and gave a new team a try.

Ellis’ Prediction: Braun & Neville

Cal’s Prediction: Braun & Bray Wyatt

Liam’s Prediction: Braun & Rey Mysterio

Connor’s Prediction: Braun & Big Show

The Miz (C) vs Finn Balor vs Seth Rollins (Intercontinental Title)

Seth Rollins and Finn Balor have been putting in some immense performances the past few weeks, building this match up to be a potential classic, especially with the company’s premium heel in The Miz being added to the equation. This really could go to anyone of the competitors, but Seth seems likely to go for the Universal title soon.

Ellis’ Prediction: Finn Balor

Cal’s Prediction: Finn Balor

Liam’s Prediction: The Miz

Connor’s Prediction: The Miz

Randy Orton (C) vs Rusev vs Bobby Roode vs Jinder Mahal (United States Title)

A Fatal Four Way between four guys who the WWE seemingly don’t know what to do with. They want them all to be U.S. Champion and so this is anyone’s guess really. Randy took the belt off Roode at Fastlane with Jinder in amongst the feud too. Could Rusev win on Rusev Day?

Ellis’ Prediction: Randy Orton

Cal’s Prediction: Randy Orton

Liam’s Predictions: Rusev

Connor’s Prediction: Rusev

Alexa Bliss (C) vs Nia Jax (RAW Women’s Title)

Alexa Bliss has been the RAW Women’s champion for a long time now, she has been getting better and better with every match she’s had, but this feud with Nia Jax puts her up against the Irresistible Force and thus the odds. Could we see a Carmella cash in finally?

Ellis’ Prediction: Nia Jax

Cal’s Prediction: Nia Jax (Carmella Cash In)

Liam’s Prediction: Alexa Bliss (Carmella Cash In)

Connor’s Prediction: Nia Jax

Charlotte (C) vs Asuka (Smackdown Women’s Title)

The Queen vs The Streak. Asuka won the right to face Charlotte when she won the first ever women’s Royal Rumble match and set up this iconic matchup with the company’s biggest and best in Charlotte. This, with time, could be one of the greatest women matches in WWE history.

Ellis’ Prediction: Asuka

Cal’s Prediction: Asuka

Liam’s Prediction: Asuka

Connor’s Prediction: Asuka

Kurt Angle & Ronda Rousey vs Triple H & Stephanie McMahon

Ronda Rousey is finally making her in-ring debut for the company and it is alongside Olympic gold medalist and WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle; facing off against husband and wife duo Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Surely it will start with a Ronda win but we know what HHH and Steph are like.

Ellis’ Prediction: Kurt & Ronda

Cal’s Prediction: Kurt & Ronda

Liam’s Prediction: Triple H & Steph

Connor’s Prediction: Kurt & Ronda

Daniel Bryan & Shane McMahon vs Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn

If KO and Sami lose, they’ll be “fired” but it is more than likely they’ll just go to RAW. The big news is obviously the return of Daniel Bryan, making his first WWE appearance in three years, but keep your eyes out for a possible heel turn from Shane O’Mac.

Ellis’ Prediction: Bryan & McMahon

Cal’s Prediction: Owens & Zayn

Liam’s Prediction: Owens & Zayn

Connor’s Prediction: Bryan & McMahon

AJ Styles (C) vs Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE Title)

Shinsuke Nakamura has been a sheer enigma since joining the WWE and this match has been fantasised about for a long time. Two of the best in the world battling it out on the biggest pro wrestling stage going, AJ vs Shinsuke could be an instant classic.

Ellis’ Prediction: Shinsuke Nakamura

Cal’s Prediction: Shinsuke Nakamura

Liam’s Prediction: Shinsuke Nakamura

Connor’s Prediction: Shinsuke Nakamura

Brock Lesnar (C) vs Roman Reigns (Universal Title) has

This match has been three years in the making, with Roman Reigns’ “destiny” being that he could slay the beast at last and capture the Universal Title. Brock is almost certainly leaving for the UFC so this might be the most predictable main event of all time.

Ellis’ Prediction: Roman Reigns

Cal’s Prediction: Roman Reigns

Liam’s Prediction: Roman Reigns

Connor’s Predictions: Roman Reigns

John Cena vs Undertaker

This match might not even happen given that the Undertaker has yet to respond, but the recent promos suggest that this will surely happen, with John and Taker having a dream match. If not, Taker will challenge Cena at a later date.

Ellis’ Prediction: Undertaker

Cal’s Prediction: Undertaker

Liam’s Prediction: John Cena

Connor’s Prediction: John Cena

Golden Snitch Prediction:

Basically, if any of us get this one right we instantly win, regardless of what happens in the rest of the card. They are as obscure so don’t expect anything predictable here, just a bit of fun.

Ellis’ Prediction: Hulk Hogan coming back and hitting the leg drop

Cal’s Prediction: Kid Rock & Elias to perform a duet

Liam’s Prediction: Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan and The Rock all in the ring together

Connor’s Prediction: Jeff Jarrett to “smash a guitar over some c*nt’s head”
